We have season tickets for the U of U gymnastics meets. They are very fun. Last night, Maddy and I took Terra and Lauren with us. The girls both got a balloon creation and dippin' dots. The meet was great -
we won easily. During the meet, Maddy and Lauren got an autograph from the mascot "Swoop". After the meet the girls wanted to go to the team autograph session so we went and got in a long line and then they seated us to wait for our turn. It was Breast Cancer Awareness night, so they gave pink bandanas to all of the higher priced lower bowl seats. We didn't get any, so while we were waiting, I went to try to find some to get signed.
Luckily I found two of them, but there was also this nice guy that found a lot of them that came back and started handing them out to all of the kids that didn't get one. He was very nice, so I took his picture! It was about an hour and a half before we got our autographs, but it was worth it. The girls got a picture with Kristina Baskett - our star - and we got posters and pink bandanas with all of the teams autographs. It was a great time!
